Info

If, since Nietzsche, dance, intoxication and play have stood for a deconstruction of the occidental discourse regime, above all for subverting the figures of explanation, then conversely contemporary dance performance relates to a deconstruction of the figures of the classical conception of dance. It concerns two interwoven movements and counter-movements, which the lecture seeks to relate to each other.
